"Bobocono is an artisanal ice cream shop in Cagliari founded in 2007 from an idea by Roberto, its founder.
From the beginning, Boboconos mission has been to produce an artisanal product strongly linked to the territory, the seasonality of the raw material, the flavors of his Island and its energies and vibrations.With the careful and meticulous work of a staff who has embraced the love for this work, in the two Bobocono ice cream shops, in the center of Cagliari and in Poetto, classic artisanal ice creams are available, but also semifreddos, ice cream cakes and the delicious Boboetti: pralines ice cream of various flavors, covered in crunchy and very fine chocolate."
